Are you excited for camp.... well we have you covered to remember what to pack when coming to camp.

If you would like to dress up for a theme day please remember to pack another pair of clothes just incase.

Please take a moment to read the information below to help ensure a smooth first day.

📍 Arrival & Drop-off

Drop-off: 8:30am to 9am

Please use the pedestrian gate on arrival. Buzz the gate, and a member of the Inspire team will let you in. Once through the gate, walk down the path to the main entrance, where your child can be signed in.

All children must be signed in by a parent/carer each morning and signed out by an authorised adult at collection.

🚗 Parking

Please park considerately and be mindful of our neighbours.

* Do not block residents’ driveways.

* There is no access to the staff car park for drop-off or pick-up. Please use appropriate roadside parking where permitted and walk to the pedestrian entrance.

🕒 Collection

Collection: 3:30pm (or at your booked extended collection time if applicable).

Please collect your child from the same location and ensure they are signed out before leaving.

🎒 What to Pack

Please ensure your child brings:

* Comfortable sports clothing

* Trainers suitable for running and sports activities

* Waterproof coat (if needed)

* Packed lunch

* Healthy snacks

* Refillable water bottle

* Sun cream (applied before arrival, with a named bottle if they need to reapply)

* Sun hat or cap

* Any required medication (e.g. inhalers or EpiPens), clearly named and handed to a member of staff

⚽ During the Day

Children will enjoy a wide range of exciting sports, games, team challenges, themed activities and creative sessions throughout the day. There will be regular drink breaks, snack times and lunch, with plenty of opportunities to make new friends and have fun.

If there have been any changes to your child’s medical information, emergency contacts or collection arrangements since booking, please let a member of staff know when signing them in.
